As a director I make it my number one mission to make my rehearsal space a collaborative and inclusive environment. Theatre is a community full of diverse and amazing humans, and it is extremely important that all voices are heard. The voices of Actors, Crew, Stage Managers, Directors, Designers should always be taken into account and respected, and I stand firmly by that.
